The Golden Eye 1948
I love these old Charlie Chan movies, especially when Mantan Mooreland shows up as Birmingham Brown. Clocking in at around an hour this one gives us murder, conspiracy, and twists galore.

Redwood Massacre: Annihilation 2020
Cool looking killer and some decent kills are about all this movie has to offer. The overly long runtime is filled with several unlikeable characters, silly plot devices (sure we know the killer is in the facility why don't we wander off by ourselves to cry...), and tops it all off with the shit cherry of a terrible ending.

Okay this isn't a good movie. It has terrible acting, a silly story, complete lack of budget, and yes awful sound. But it is so weird that I did find myself enjoying it on some level. There are even a few laugh out loud moments. Clearly they weren't intending it to be funny but it is.
