Back to the Future Part III 1990
Fantastic end to one of my favourite trilogies ever. It was a great choice to bookend the series with a focus on Doc and making him more than just a science guy. Marty also changes and you see choosing to act on his own accord rather than be reactive. Both guys get the ending they deserve.
