This was awesome and it’s confirmed I’m totally a Lumet guy. It’s really neat to see how his directing evolves from the 1950s 12 ANGRY MEN to this movie that released in 1982. The 25-30 years not only allowed the visuals to evolve but also his view of the system to evolve and definitely not for a more positive view.

Good ol’ Sodenbergh. I’ll admit when I first left the theater I was a little underwhelmed. However now that I’ve gotten to reflect more and listen/read some commentary on this, I have a greater appreciation for BLACK BAG.
