Anatomy of a Fall 2023
This is an example of a film that had a great plot, brilliant performances and excellent camera work, but is massively let down by the runtime. It became hard work staying focus towards the end of this one.

Life Is Beautiful 1997
Really loved the first half of this film. In particular, I enjoyed Benigni’s comedic perfomance.
I would’ve given this film 5 stars but I didn’t like the challenge of having to get through the gruelling second half.

Short review:
I really enjoyed this film, but there were some problems which stopped me giving this one 5 stars.
For the majority of this film, I had so much fun. I was expecting this film to be really dark but was pleasantly suprised with how much comedy was in it.
I also really liked the characters in this one. Paloma in particular was a great character and wished she was in the film more.
