What starts out as this entriguing study into the grey world of crime and punishment, portrayal of police corruption and the psychological degrading effects of violence on both sides becomes like the most evil POS I've ever seen in its final act. Like the last 20 minutes of this puts Zero Dark Thirty to shame (in a bad way). It's like the movie switched directors for its final act and whoever took over decided: "Hmmmm.... NAH! This movie definitely is pro-torture, pro-execution, pro-facism. None of that weak ass shIt. Cops rule!"
