  Started this about half a year ago.. But It is so dull and "artistic" I could not finish it.
  Well to day I did.
  This movie is almost unwatchable.
  The Cinematic language it uses, can only impress a teenager that pretend to be a film aficionado. I`m sure you know the kind..

  A wonderful homage to Queen and a tremendous performance by Rami Malek. He will be nominated for this one. For sure.
  The first half of the movie seemed a bit rushed, somehow and I wonder if it wouldn`t be more beneficial to the story to show some more guts in the portrayal of Mercurys destruktive lifestyle. It is insinuated more than shown. But in no way is it done bad.
  It is, however, in all the musical scenes this movie truly shines. Studio sessions and concert scenes are absolutely amazing to watch. Absolutely amazing.

  Ok..
  So I don`t mind my selv som cheesy romance every now and than. In fact I quite like it if it is done right.

  Some Kind of Beautiful, or How to Make Love Like an Englishman as it is called in the opening and end credits, is certainly no Oscar winner, but it has a lovely charm and a warm humor to it.

  So if you are looking for a charming, and romantic movie with some decant laughs in it, look no further.
