A lot of people are referring to this as a “masterclass” in television, and it’s hard to disagree. Stephen Graham is brilliant, just as he was when I last saw him in Line of Duty. He is extremely convincing in his portrayal of such contrasting emotions - from love, to anger, to shock, and a blend of all three. Also of note though is newcomer Owen Cooper (Jamie), who I imagine will now be spring-boarded into a very successful career. …

Bridge to Terabithia 2007
Was retwatching for a group project at Uni - truly one of the best children's films of all time. The exploration of childhood isolation, friendships, death and greif are incredibly well handled. Will always be a favourite of mine.
