Cute and fun with a very overt political edge. Sometimes does feel like bit of a mallet but being unsubtle is often a good idea these days. More of a movie of ideas than charecters. Pattison does good work and everyone else is hamming it up like they are in a B movie from the 80s in a good way. Do understand his desire to maybe work with Alien based on this very coded that way already.

Sing Sing 2023
This builds on itsefl slowly, the start is slow but by the end the feelings I had were so strong. The preformances are all great and the casting is inherently very special I did not know about it going in. Really wish Divine Eyes got a supporting nom for this one he shines in this and the role is very complex. The theme of escape and imprisonment really carried through a lot of todays films and this was a good capper for the Oscars marathon.
