  The poster says it all: a beautiful garden surrounded by an empty, dark void. Where is the light coming from? It is just a fantasy land built within a hellhole, constructed with doublethink so that everything is fine and peaceful and great.

  Greenery in the garden was planted to resemble life, nature, and hope. But green can also be sinister, poisonous, and filled with hatred.

  Great vision and a focused execution. Though personally would have enjoyed it more if about 15 mins were cut.

  The reveal that he escaped from a wealthy family almost broke the movie for me, but then I thought, a person’s taste is not developed from a vacuum, and he would not have had that routine of reading Faulkner and listening to the Velvet Underground if not for that specific upbringing.
