I’ve always been drawn to films that portray connections between people, and how they navigate their own loneliness. In an interview the director said that he wants to portray how the world may be bleak, but there may just be that one person looking out for you. But no leh, it still feels so bleak, and it was so uncomfortable and stressful to watch at times, my heart really broke...sigh.
The two leads are so amazing though...wa I really love Zhou Dong Yu!!
