    What a treat it was to watch this in taiwan on the memorial day of the events they are remembering through this film. Something about sharing this experience with an audience who were all watching with bated breath felt so poignant!!

There was just an overwhelming sense of dread and bleakness that plagued the film. Are our fates already pre-determined by our families and our upbringing? The director said that the best films are the ones that make you both laugh and cry and I couldn’t agree more.
