  This is the Tour de Force of '90s cinema. By Jove, everybody cooked up a biblical storm on this masterpiece (that’s right, I said masterpiece). Buzzing to rewatch this, and the credits are just after rolling.

  That William Burroughs chap led quite the life!

  Really good film, it can certainly drag on at some points but that’s not a huge detriment to itself, it’s still a very good watch. 

  The set design is also, dare I say, “vibey”, I found the digitally rendered backdrops slightly jarring at first, begrudgingly I suppose it does add to that dream like quality that lingers in the movie.
