The kind of movie that you wish was so much better. Tons to like in this, from the music to the visuals to the premise, but it has some serious flaws that keep it from being a classic. Really would love to see the original cut of this.

Blood Tracks 1985
Swedish 80’s anthem rock version of The Hills Have Eyes with less tension, more boobs, and lots of snow. Certainly not a lost classic by any means, but, like the band in the movie, it hits enough high notes and never slips fully out of tune.

Bloodeaters 1980
I’m not sure I understand the low ratings on this one. It’s not a good movie in the traditional sense, but anyone watching a movie called Toxic Zombies (or Bloodeaters) should have a good idea of what they’re getting into, and as a bizarre regional zombie movie this is pretty fun. Plenty of weirdo characters, goofy dialogue, lo-fi gore and droning synth make this a winner for me
