I appreciate the message that I think this film is trying to say. I do, but this film dangled the carrot until I was exhausted on my knees playing with my hair before it decided to let me in on the story. I’m all for movies taking time to tell a story but this one just didn’t do it for me. I know I’m in the minority here. I just didn’t find the story to be interesting enough…
The Quest for Beaver
Hundreds of Beavers has no business being as good or engaging as it is. It’s endlessly creative, silly, unique, and makes no sense, but it’s somehow coherent enough to keep you on a journey.

This was quite a hard watch for me, as it made me relive one of the worst days of my life. You see, my wife and I lost our home in the Camp Fire and it completely changed our lives. It was absolutely devastating and we still feel the effects to this day. Because of this, I was very apprehensive to watch this film. I’m glad I took the time to do it though.
