Mr. Coppola, what you’ve just filmed is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever seen. At no point in your rambling, incoherent movie were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this theater is now dumber for having watched it. I award you 3 stars, and may God have mercy on your soul.

This is probably the worst of the post-MI:3 movies, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, because all of those movies are great action movies.
This movie is also a great action movie, but more so a 'great action' movie than a great 'action movie' like the last few movies. The practical stunts and scenes are clever and exciting as always, but the rest of the movie suffers from being confusing, overly-long, and kinda boring.

This was a 4 1/2 star movie until rising action where main characters start acting like risking brain damage to prove a point is an A+ idea. Then they fight at the end. I get it’s a boxing movie, but they really set up that they were doing something different with this movie, but no, they still have to do the big fight at the end and do angry angry punchy punchy. Honestly could have used much more flashback scenes with the child actors, who were a bright spot. 3 1/2 stars.
