  A film that dares to ask: what if Midsommar were some stupid shit that pisses me the fuck off?

  I didn’t even like the Invitation but this movie is just stupid the Invitation. There weren’t many moments I felt were over the top bad, but I never understood the world we were supposed to be inhabiting and every single moment grated on my nerves in a way that was just barely tolerable like an itch on the bottom of my foot.

  Huge shout out to Murray Bartlett who is still my sweet boy despite it all.

  Tough to watch, tough to talk about, and a perfect tying up of the different loose threads left by Twin Peaks. Rather than trying to say something original about this movie I will simply say that this viewing was the first time I realized that Kiefer Sutherland is playing it autistic
