  Terribly good movie, I don’t know what was more shocking to watch as a European: how segregation still played a huge part in the late 70’s and 80’s or to watch the end of the movie’s footage with recent videos of outspoken racist acts or protests. Very shocking and compelling, and of course, Spike Lee does a great job at showing these aspects in this movie.

  Part of *watching the Star Wars Saga because my boyfriend is a huge fan* series - part II

  A bit long (especially when you have to watch it in several sessions because you fall asleep too easily in front of it and your bf always puts it back 10 minutes before so that you don’t lose ANY story bits) but overall nice to watch

  Honestly, the first 3 episodes of Star Wars were sold to me as « romcoms »…

  A quite funny film with a love story between a cannibal and a vegetarian.

  The sets and costumes are very colorful and creative. A bit gore but very funny !

  Watched this on YouTube without any subtitles 
  I couldn’t understand anything apart from Tikhonov gorgeousness and his marvellous charm

  Would love to rewatch it one day though, when I’ll speak Russian and able to understand the story
