Might I say the greatest procedural ever.
So effortlessly does it get under our skin and into our minds with the use of sound and editing. Repetitious sounds in our character's life haunt scenes in which they shouldn't be present and are mistaken by us the audience as either ambient tone or score only to realize that something more malevolent is at play.
Our antagonist puts on a façade of confusion and displacement only for us to later find out…
One last modest scribble in acceptance of the neverendingness of the search for life's unanswerable questions. Beautiful.
