  Ehh
  I’m just not a huge 40s fan and this kind of exemplifies all the things that i don’t like about them (tiresome amounts of quick snappy dialogue, over complicated plots and a specific pointy kind of beautiful shoulder padded women) 
  The 20s and 30s were full of melodrama and whimsy but then the 40s hit and film went in a colder direction.. it’s obviously not bad but I walk away from it feeling empty

  The only reason I watched this was cause when I was little my dad and I always went to this real sketchy dude who sold pirated DVDs for a dollar each, we asked him if he had Brave (like the movie about the curly-red-haired princess who did archery and like turned her mom into a bear or something, don’t know I don’t remember it very well)
  He said he had what we were looking for and gave us a DVD…

  not because it puts me in a bad mood, more of a quit while you’re ahead type thing yknow
