  Some parts at the beginning were pretty well done. Didn't give a shit about werewolf plot or vampire suicide plot. Like truly I don't know what happened at all with either of those. I just said "I don't want another fuckin' plot" and stopped thinking entirely

  Substantially worse on this viewing. Refn isn't really known for his "characters," so he's not the best person to be directing a biopic. I feel like I didn't leave this with any insights about Bronson's deeper motivations as a person. He just likes getting in fights with prison guards? I get it, I guess. I kinda don't, though. Seems like that would hurt.
