I Dream in Another Language 2017
With something as vast as colonisation - in global scale, in time span, in the number of people affected - how do you tell that story? With so much destruction, how do you fully understand what has been lost?
The personal becomes universal.
Violence on the most intimate level.

This is such a technically impressive movie, I was so pleasantly surprised (maybe even stunned) how accurate the whale hunt scenes looked. Their mechanical whales also look genuinely fantastic. Man practical effects are so cool!! Less CGI, more actual guys on actual boats in the actual sea please!!
