I'm sorry to report that Mickey 17 kind of reeks of studio meddling. I followed the production because I've been a die hard Bong Joon fan for so long now. But this movie has been put on a shelf and the release date was pushed back for what feels like 10 times. And I don't trust Warner Bros with anything these days.

Netflix keeps making these disposable documentary series that really should of a been a fun snappy 1h15 minute movies. It sort of fizzles out at the end when the reveal is that nothing of note happened with this case. And loses all importance when they bring up the Pepsi riots in the Philippines; which is a story 10 times more interesting and important than this novelty case.
