This was a lot of fun. David Harbour and John Leguizamo are both great, as usual. The action and effects were all top-notch, and I think the most impressive thing about it to me is how heartfelt it could be at times. Definitely one I'll revisit every year from now on.

Dear Mr. Gacy 2010
I enjoyed this one. It's very much a streamlined version of Jason Moss' book "The Last Victim" but it gets a lot of the more tense moments from the book down. Jesse Moss as Jason (no relation) is interesting to watch, discovering his own dark side as he gets to know John Wayne Gacy, if not exactly the most likable protagonist. The Crow: City of Angels 1996
Once upon a time, I really liked this movie. The more I've watched it, somewhat less so. I don't think it's a bad movie, I just am kind of sad for what it could have been. Tim Pope was interested in making a somewhat darker, meaner version of The Crow and Dimension wanted it to just be a complete retread of the original.
