  Not very subtle. But then again, I don't think it's supposed to be even if it gets a little to on the nose at times. Some pretty wild things on display here. A bit too long.

  Way to flashy and modern in its approach, takes you out of the moment. Sean Penn dials it up to 11, but not in a good way. Speaking of things that breaks the tension, what made Gosling decide to choose THAT voice? Some fun moments here and there.
