  Lady Catherine needed to be pushed down a steep hill

  I’m such a sucker for shit like this, the joy that filled my heart through the duration of the film was only slightly kicked back from the disappointment of the credits rolling. HOW HAS IT TAKEN ME SO LONG TO SEE THIS?! I adore the aesthetic, the vibe, the performances. Kiera Knightley must have done a lot of cardio in preparation because she runs away from people ALOT. 

  What a perfect way to spend a Saturday night as a 27 year old man, Pride and prejudice then early bed by 9pm.

  We’d all do anything for Cate Blanchett let’s be honest

  Soderbergh has had a weird year for me, presence really was not my cup of tea but this was the total opposite, I really really enjoyed it. A lot of emotion was felt, its awkward and funny, my bum was hurting from the amount time I spent on the edge of my seat. Every twist and turn feels incredibly satisfying.   Bautista: “all men are beasts” Jovovich: “but not all men are monsters” what the fuck does that even mean? 

  This would have been sick if it was PS2 game in the mid 2000s, I wonder if they kept the cupboard that this was filmed in. It’s giving me vibes of rebel moon and a shit version of mad max rolled into one. It certainly isn’t boring and it’s not 4 hours long so it gets some credit for that but it’s all over the place, what a mess.

  Man was I vibing to Dina Simone, that shits a bop
