Clooney and Roberts reunite a fifth time in a film that is sadly lacking in both believable Rom and amusing Com. Mostly laugh-free, I barely registered a mild chuckle and the apparent hatred between the bickering divorcees rings incredibly false. It’s absolutely no surprise as to where the film is going to end, so it all feels lacking as there are no surprises nor real story amidst the sitcom-esque plotting.

Xavier Dolan excels in this based-on-a-play psychological thriller as a chaotic and manipulative patient who may be behind the apparent disappearance of a resident doctor. Bruce Greenwood’s psychiatrist (and all his home life issues) is brought in to help untangle the web of what may or may not have happened.
