This film basically consists of three scenes on repeat:
1. Two people talking about a third person, who's shortly after revealed to be listening. This shows the family's troubled nature.
2. Someone inflicts harm on an animal/food/their own body, without showing any facial expression. This also shows the family's troubled nature.
3. Two people who shouldn't be together obviously have sexual chemistry, a third person sees this and says nothing. This further emphasises the family's troubled nature
