  A movie that’s straining so hard to say something important. It doesn’t. Everything is vague and internal and the film is content to run through conventional beats (meet cute, breakup, cancer, pregnancy, etc). The characters are strangers. We don’t know them and they don’t seem to know each other either. Pretty disappointing. At least it was nice to look at. But I thought the AFC Championship was more revealing of humanity than this two hour long IKEA melodrama. Its rating continues to plummet the more I think about it.
