  Nolan's a bit of a hit-or-miss director for me who's about halfway towards being put on fraud watch so I was prepared to land anywhere on the range of feelings for this. Credit where it's due, having seen a fair chunk of his movies, this surely feels like my favourite work he's done. Lots of attention will go to the more visually and aurally spectacular scenes - the Trinity test, the post-bombings speech, the climax of the whole interrogation subplot…

  This is pretty funny, I like the cast in general and particularly Saoirse Ronan, but can't disagree it's a bit all over the place. It plays the genre in a cloyingly self-referential way, content to not really be all that as a whodunit because it's busy poking fun at them - it's no Clue or Knives Out in balancing the comedy with the actual mystery. Could've been better top to bottom. Still like a 7/10 good time though.

  watching this between the hours of 8 and 11am was a choice

  I mean what can I really add here. batshit movie. While they aren't that similar when you get down to it, I think this invoked a similar sort of feeling for me that Everything Everything Everywhere All at Once did for many. I liked EEAAO and simply appreciated its presence even more, but wasn't quite on the same ride as the people who really loved it. RRR though...…
