kinda drags but the ghost scenes are genuinely disturbing. it’s funny how the impetus for the haunting of the world of the living is essentially chalked up to a scarcity of real estate in the afterlife. probably there was some kind of panic going on when this was made surrounding what, if anything, would happen if or when the internet ran out of space to store information. not so thinly veiled Y2K allusion? in any case, it works well enough to sufficiently give you the creeps.
