Took several decades but I finally understand the hype with this one. Generally gravitate toward the more wacky Coen Bros. movies and the strait laced ones fall behind. Something about the combination of the true story influence, the cast, and everyone sounding silly really did it for me today.

Figured with this being about a bunch of giant ants that it would be more of a cult film, but neither the acting was wonky enough and it lacked any over the top moments. Too stuck on the tracks for my taste and the pulsating ant sound was painful.
