Fully recommend this one, it was special.
Knew nothing going into this and wow was I surprised.This movie is a mix of a comedy and thriller.
The editing is fantastic, it immerses you in the experience.
The performances by the cast are great, quite challenging and fun due to the main plot point, which I don’t want to give away :)A funny, exciting and engaging experience.

A dark tale of messed up characters whose storied are all intertwined at one point or another.
This felt like it was going for a dark Pulp Fiction vibe, but without Tarantino’s snappy dialogue and characters; in my opinion: it falls flat.

Succumb to the darkness
Still processing the experience, but holy moly that was special. Watched it on IMAX, which increased everything, if you can, you gotta IMAX it.
Bobby Eggers does it again. Someone that also deserves a lot of credit is cinematographer Jarin Blaschke. He has been Eggers’ guy for his four films and he knocks it out of the park with this one. The center framings alone are just beautiful and horrifying at the same time.

One of the funniest thrillers I have seen in a while.
A great story with a protagonist you sympathize with and root for portrayed by Sophie Thatcher.
The editing and cuts are amazing, which elevates the already funny script. However I don’t think the jokes harm the tension that is felt throughout the movie.I don’t seem to remember any flaws in the movie. I’ll get back to you after a re-watch, for which I can’t wait.
