A bore. I feel like a wanker for saying that, because it essentially means I don't find these atrocities entertaining enough to hold my attention for 90 minutes. The film even addresses this as Yuval complains about how tired people are of reading about Israel's crimes. One of the most well directed genre films I've ever seen. Me explaining why this movie is fire to foreigners like: "you see there's this guy called de Afgevaardigde van de Minister from the kid's show Samson & Gert and in this film he has a cameo where he sniffs coke and it's amazing and the 2 harbor security guys are played by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and remember Ali B? You've stopped listening haven't you"

Herb is by far the biggest primate in this film. Nim himself is interesting enough but I think the weird inexplicable oedipan horniness radiating from everyone who ever took care of him is the real enigma here. Why did almost everyone who agreed to treating this monkey like a human being turn out to be a Freudian sociopath? Actually, no, that makes perfect sense.
