I enjoy Wild at Heart but I don't find it gripping. Might be my least favorite. Just find it hard to care compared to other Lynch movies.

The Last Picture Show 1971
I started this movie yesterday evening. Earlier today I was feeling really sad. I kind of wondered why, then I realized it was because of this movie. I get reminded that the people I know now aren't always going to be so close. I get the feeling that I don't have anything to look forward to, that all the best is passed. These characters don't seem to have anything to live for, they're just looking for a way to pass the time, maybe some way to feel less alone. Maybe the good times they remember were never as good as they seem.
