Say what you will about the man, but in an era where most established filmmakers have abandoned the current moment and turn their lenses to the past, where sci-fi has been reduced to retro futurism, Harmony Korine is the only director who is embracing the brain rot, ai slop dystopia we’re all barreling into.
This is a lot more successful than AGGRO DR1FT but also feels half baked. Watch thirty seconds of this movie and you’ve pretty much seen the whole thing.
Still, I’d gladly watch one hundred Baby Invasions than one Electric State.
