  rip to one of the greatest, you beautiful man

  layers upon layers, so much to unpack (many future viewings to come), wtf is real what’s not i don’t fucking know. but it certainly all feels real. lynch’s incredible skill with lighting and ambient noises is on display once again in this one. light and sound are the two things we perceive most in this world and my god was he the master

  the locomotion was so scary. wasn’t prepared to see terry crews that was kinda cool.

  Natural Born Killers 1994

  a bit over the top for me, the excessive cutting and crooked framing got very annoying very quickly. felt like it took forever to get through the first half, but got relatively smoother afterwards (mostly just due to having a prison break, just gotta love it).  had a few decent bits, especially loved scagnetti’s face palm at being fooled before his death and “don’t shoot! wayne gale!”. mad man warden tommy lee jones was also a high for me, crazy…
