Difficult to rate this one again.
I saw it 15 years ago for the first time and it scored a solid six and I think I'm gonna stand by it.
Melissa George acts like she's ready for the asylum and accepts her fate way too soon.
I believe that she lives in a self-created hell after the accident, therefore I think the Greek legend of Sisyphus is misplaced. It's more like the Torment of Tantalus.

Ow yeah Wilhelm Tell, the apple guy! I didn't know he was rebel scum as well. And who knew the Austrians were such ultimate assholes? I know next to nothing about this part of European history, but still I get the feeling it's all a bunch of horse menure.
Writing isn't great either with the wannabe Shakespeare stuff and the choices some characters make. Nevermind talking about the ridiculous ways some important people die.

The Monkey 2025
I wanted so hard for this to be good and I kept my mind as open as possible, but boy ow boy, the characters in this movie tried their best to annoy the fuck outta me. Luckily most of them find gruesome deaths, but I hardly could call it satisfying. At least I got a couple of good laughs because of the randomness.
