  Make fun of me all you want, but I think this is an absolutely trash movie. It's the rest of my fam's favorite Christmas movie, and I have to sit there and watch it with them every year! I originally gave it 3 stars for nostalgia, but you know what? Screw all that. Awful acting, overrated comedy, and soooo cringe (s/o Santy and Timbo, the worst duo ever). This movie is lucky to be a cult classic and I completely understand why it didn't do well in theaters. Sorry to ruin your day, but someone had to say it.

  This is a perfect example of how a cast can drive a movie to be great. At first glance, this movie seems a bit cliche; two polar opposite people who become close and help correct each other’s flaws. The writing was also solid, but this cast of frenchies (all of whom I’ll never know by name) absolutely nailed it. The two lead actors play off each other so well and they grow their friendship in a way that seems natural…
