  What I liked about it is that it’s set in NY but didn’t have a single aerial shot of the city. Great characterization. Characterization seen through camera (love the not so subtle zooms). Double, if not triple, meta moment. Three cathartic moments and progressively satisfying. Lovely jazzy soundtrack for NY. Subtle. Lots of threes: rats, Hitler, Lincoln, dialogue from first audition…

  Just two soft boys in different fonts !

  Wonderful score. Perfectly goes in and out of silence and the soundtrack does not take away from the movie as it sometimes does. So much is communicated in the silence. Amazing transitions. Interesting shots.
