It is very intense and still undramatised - knowing Rubens is gone and watching that fact slowly become real in/take over their lives

I am giving this half a star because I enjoyed watching Richard E. Grant realise he could wear his suit of armour to the birthday party
An otherwise excruciating film, devoid of any subtlety or nuance from start to finish, and which unbelievably managed to degenerate more and more right up to its final dull explanation of its own absurd ending.
