  Interstellar 2014

  Last time I watched this was on an airplane. Turns out - better in IMAX! 

  Interstellar came out when I was in my physics phase and it had such a chokehold on me. I desperately wanted to understand black holes and quantum mechanics (until I got a B- in my first physics class in college). 

  I don’t think this is a perfect movie, but it is the definition of movie magic for me. Bold ideas, blaring score, beautiful visuals, emotional performances. I can’t help but love all of it.

  I didn’t know if Chalamet was right for this role but he did an excellent job. And he sang and played the whole thing too? Beast. 

  That Al Kooper bit is wild. Love that.
