  the visuals and atmosphere? 10/10.
  everything else? girl, so confusing.

  this movie is so dark, like literally you can't see anything and i watched it in the dark with full brightness, still not enough. you also can't hear anything because the characters whisper to each other half the time so you just assume something is up, but not sure what or why. it kinda goes nowhere and it's more of a surrealistic experience which is usually not my thing but i actually wanna give it a rewatch in the future because i couldn't get my eyes off the screen despite being lost.

  kyle gallner is absolutely in his dilf era and i love that for me.

  of all the movies about grief this year, this one is about grieving your old self, not letting the past consume you and it's pretty refreshing. johnny berchtold nailed the sidney prescott look: he doesn't need to speak, his eyes say everything you need to know.
