This was way too long. Too many things were a waste of time, the plot doesn't really do anything for the first hour and a half, and it's like 50% Robert Pattinson voiceover. The other half that was dialogue was very clunky and the score was lacking and even absent at times.
Outside of laughing at Mark Ruffalo just doing a version of Duncan from Poor Things where he becomes space Donald Trump, I didn't really enjoy this very much. …

This was a lot of fun, more fun than good tho. A very unique yet goofy action movie. Jack Quaid does a great job as the nerdy action hero. Poor Jacob Batalon being type cast as the guy in the chair. Matt Walsh had some ridiculously funny one liners. The action wasn't anything crazy but still pretty fun and fit the comedy vibe. Some pretty creative and brutal kills, especially the last one.

Haven't teared up to a movie in theaters in a long time. Wow. Incredible story, cast & film about grief. Natalie Morales was hysterical and Sonequa Martin-Green was perfect.
Ending floored me. Also Morgan Freeman dropped an f bomb at one point so that was neat.

However, he was much more subdued here than usual, assumedly to make this more historically accurate. Regardless, I ate this shit up, because it was a dope WWII movie, but it still had his usual flair. Right up my alley.
