Quite Poor
You might think it’s unfair to compare this to another mob classics, then don’t get the band together when you have Deniro, Nick Pileggi and Dante Spinotti you’re going to have certain expectations. Also maybe if you don’t want to have Goodfellas comparisons maybe you should’t make a dollar store version of it. The first scene makes you think of Goodfellas because it has the same title sequence.
Watching Deniro in this was like watching Justin Verlander pitch…
One of my favorite comedy’s. Everyone needs a little Ferris Bueller in their life. Cameron and Ferris’s relationship is so endearing and a little melancholy. If you don’t stand up and start dancing when Twist and Shout comes on something’s wrong with you. Nobody has been hotter than Sloan Petersen. Ferris is right,“Isms in my opinion are not good a person should not believe in an ism they should believe in themselves”.
It’s alright, plot is very predictable. I like Jack Quaid he’s a talented nepobaby, the juror is still out on little Nicholson. I want more from Ned, because that’s all he’s going to be know as if he keeps doing parts like this one. No reason for this to be longer than 90 mins. Some fun action and one hilarious San Diego sports joke.
I really loved this one, Elton has been one of my guys. A lot of amazing stories. Really happy I saw this in theaters. It’s the closest thing I’ll have to seeing him in person.
