I knew I was going to enjoy the movie, but holy crap, this was a ridiculous amount of fun and it is so crammed with cameos, Easter eggs, and references, that it will be studied, freeze framed, scrutinized and picked apart for decades. I missed this iteration of Spielberg. I am more surprised at how much from the book made it in, but the jade key sequence was a very welcome change and is a love letter to horror. I seriously cannot wait to see it again because I need to catch the references I seem to have missed.

Les Misérables 2012
Barring Daniel Day Lewis from taking the gold, Hugh Jackman has a very good chance at Best Actor. Anne Hathaway was very good in her role, but I think she should go for another movie where we see her take the best actress award. Not Supporting actress. Otherwise, I enjoyed the movie tremendously despite it getting a little long in the tooth. The Doom Generation 1995
If there is a movie that pissed me off more than anything, it was The Doom Generation. I bought this on a whim because I had a crush on Rose McGowan. This was the only blind purchase I have ever regretted making. The acting is awful, the story is awful, and the final 20 minutes of this horrendous steaming pile of crap is disturbing, pointless, and upsetting. I hate this movie passionately. If there is a movie that I will cite as the worst ever made, I will always nname this one first.
