The structure of this film was impeccable. Starting the movie with a tennis match between two people we know nothing about and slowly divulging their entire history as this match unfolds was just…good writing. The stakes got higher the more we learned about their relationship and thus the movie just kept on getting better and better until it crescendoed with Mike spiking the tennis ball and falling into the sweet embrace of victory and friendship.
