After the screening, my friend said that she does not appreciate the ''transparency'' of Rohrwacher's film. Yes, transparency is the key word. Haneke masters the art of manipulating the anticipation of spectators. He just knows how to tell the story in a strange way, and I appreciate his choice to frame the film with iPhone images, which in turn prove so cinematic that they change the tone of the narrative and build another level of meaning.
