Lacked the technical wow-factor that I have come to expect from Robert Eggers but still delivered his signature dialogue, which in this case is the most substantive I have seen in years. I think that’s really what Egger’s films are all about!
I do miss Mark Korven’s scoring however because the soundtrack to this sucked.
