As boring as this was, it did manage to pique my interest for the next “phase” by introducing antimantium into this universe. I respect that this new Cap is true to the comics, I just don’t care about a Cap that doesn’t punch nazis.

Such a rad premise and a great cast, it just didn’t feel dark enough in the end for me. Also, to understand how truly incredible the use of color is in Giallo films, watch this film to see the idea used by a lesser film maker and how bad it looks.

House of 1000 Corpses 2003
I hated this when I first saw it, but decided to give it another chance since someone keeps giving this clown money to make movies. 18 years later and impossibly, I hate it more. This movie could be reproduced by grabbing any hillbilly out of a Hot Topic, showing him the Texas Chainsaw Massacre along with maybe 3 70s horror trailers and giving him the same 7 million dollar budget. It’s just embarrassing.
