Throughout February Aalaa was trying to raise funds to help her afford her mom's health insurance. A short term goal of 44k was set to cover these expenses, but it's now March and it still hasn't been achieved.

Aalaa needs to raise the remaining $2,938 by March 20th to pay for health coverage that will help with her mom's up coming check ups. Her mom has already had to miss several treatments because they've had no health insurance to help with the costs.

Help Raghad's Relatives with Housing Costs – $4,000 in needed in the next week!

With the help of the funds raised through the campaign, Raghad has been able to evacuate several of her family members. Those family members are now trying to find employment, but they have lost the paperwork they need to apply for jobs and must go through the costly and time consuming process of becoming recertifed. Without a stable income, Raghad's relatives have had remain reliant on her for support with their living expenses.

Those family members currently need help with rent. This includes Raghad's aunts, cousins, and elderly relatives. She is trying to raise $4,000 by the end of February to help them with housing expenses. The update announcing this was posted to the gfm on Feb 14th. Since then, only $158 has been raised.

I was extremely late in seeing the update and I am trying to help amplify it. Please share so that this can reach more people who can donate. If you yourselves are capable of giving monetary support, please give what you can.

I am unaware of any official vetting for Raghad's campaign. Sajida has been fundraising for her family for over a year. She should have already met her goal by now, but her campaign has repeatedly fallen into long periods of stagnation. Currently, the most recent donation was made 3 weeks ago. We cannot let this pattern continue!

Sajida is responsible for her elderly mother and her younger siblings. She has relied on support from this campaign to afford supplies for them and save for their evacuation, but with the repeated stagnation, there have been periods where the family was unable to afford even the most basic necessities.

With the inflated cost of goods in Sudan, Sajida's younger brothers have literally been working themselves sick trying to help their family scrape by. This was not the life Sajida wanted them to have. She wants nothing more than to preserve their childhood and provide them with a safe future, where they will have access to an education and the ability to pursue their dreams.

Most of what Sajida has been able to raise has been spent on essential items. Her family urgently needs help to continue to afford goods and be able to evacuate. It's been a year and the goal of $50k is long overdue. Please donate and share!

I have terrible news. For no apparent reason, gofundme has disabled Nader's contact from being able to recieve and transfer the money from his gfm to Nader and this has been the case since December 17th, 2024. This means that despite being 95% raised of his goal, he can't actually access the funds bes been fundraising and he has to start all over again because gofundme also won't respond to his contact asking for help and trying to resolve the issue.

STAGNAT CAMPAIGN: Help Abudjana rebuild after war

Abudjana's campaign has been frozen at £3,299/£5,000 for 2 MONTHS

This campaign was previously shared by Sara (@/bsonblast) and is vetted on the Sudan Funds website.

Abudjana gave so much so his community during his time in Sudan, even volunteering for 122 days in an emergency room where he put his life on the line to help people trapped by the RSF. In their targeting of aid workers, the RSF detained Abudjana and brought him to a detention center where he was assulted and severely injured by RSF soldiers. Thankfully, Abudjana was released and able to access medical care. He has since recovered from his injuries and evacuated from Sudan to Ethiopia.

Now in Ethiopia, Abudjana is applying for a visa so he can finish his electrical engineering degree. He was accepted to the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) on a partial scholarship that has helped pay for most of his tuition, but he will still need to pay $2,000 annually for the next two years, and $1,600 for his fourth year. The funds from this campaign will go towards these expenses.

The problem is that Abudjana has been fundraising for over a year now. He hasn't been able to obtain his goal because his campaign keeps falling into repeated stagnation as support dwindles. Now it's been a full 2 months since he's seen any progress.

In the last two months, all that's been raised was £70. And that was after another 2 months of stagnation before that.

Abudjana deserves better, so let's deliver on it. Please do your part by donating what you can and sharing his campaign. 5k is a long overdue goal.

Ibrahim @aburakhiaibrahim currently lives with his parents in their destroyed house in Gaza. His parents are elderly and have chronic illnesses. Their GFM was created over a year ago (2 March 2024) and is just over a third of the way to the $30k CAD goal. It supports not only Ibrahim and his parents but a total of 28 members.

They already have difficulties accessing basic needs and the renewed war only makes their ordeals much worse. Please continue supporting the Aburakhia family.

This is the worst Eid I have ever experienced in my entire life. I lost all my friends in the war and I am left alone here suffering from the pain of loss. I used to go and visit my friends, but today I went to their homes and found their mothers collapsing from crying and grieving over the loss of their sons. The killing of children in Gaza is a heartbreaking tragedy that the world cannot ignore. Innocent lives are being lost every day due to relentless bombings and attacks. These children had dreams, hopes, and futures that were stolen from them in an instant. As a weak and oppressed woman in Gaza, I have no money and struggle to survive. I beg for your help to support my baby, Qais, who is not yet two years old. Any donation can save his life.

This crisis is alarming for several reasons:

1. High Child Mortality – Nearly half of the victims in Gaza are children, making this one of the deadliest conflicts for young lives.

2. Destruction of Families – Parents are left grieving, and many children are orphaned, with no one to care for them.

3. Long-Term Trauma – The surviving children face severe psychological scars, growing up in fear, pain, and deep emotional distress.

The international community must do more to stop this catastrophe. Immediate action is needed to end the violence, provide urgent humanitarian aid, and protect innocent lives. My baby, Qais, was just playing near our tent during Eid when an Israeli airstrike hit, leaving him injured. As his mother, I am devastated and helpless.
